Mick Tucker

Mick Tucker (1947–2002) was an English drummer best known as a founding member of the glam rock band Sweet. Born in Harlesden, London, he joined the band in 1968, contributing significantly to their distinctive sound, which blended glam rock, pop, and hard rock. Sweet gained fame in the 1970s with chart-topping hits such as "Ballroom Blitz," "Fox on the Run," and "Love Is Like Oxygen," showcasing Tucker's powerful drumming style and vocal harmonies.
